Mt. Tattoosh, Labor Day 1999
These shots date Wayyyyy back to when I very first started taking
pictures out in the wilds of Washington. More to the point, when I
started taking pictures at all. The evening shot of Mt. Rainier which
I use as my website title shot, is still one of my favorites. Too bad
I wasn't shooting with better film and equipment at the time. The shot
was taken about 10pm, with a full moon rising and lighting Rainier
sufficiently for a decent exposure, but the Big Dipper is also visible
above.
